Eight Off is part of the Solitaire Suite For Second Life created by Paso Clip and produced by Moo Town Games. It was introduced into the suite as part of version 4.0.

Eight Off is a variant of the standard Freecell Solitaire game. It is similar to the game play and layout of Freecell with the exception that sequences are built by suit, instead of by alternating color and there are eight freecells.

Four of the freecalls start with random cards in them.

There is no stock in Eight Off.

• Move all the cards to the foundations.
  

Foundations

• Build up in suit from Ace to King (for example, a 2 of Hearts can be played on an Ace of Hearts).
  

Tableau

• Build down by rank and by suit (for example, a 10 of Spade can be played on a Jack of Spade).
  
  
• The top card of each pile is available for play on another tableau pile or on the foundations.
  
  
• Spaces may be filled with Kings only.

Free Cells

• There are eight free cells in this game.
  
  
• Four of the free cells start with a card in them.
  
  
• Free cells may only contain one card.
